About Syllabase
Syllabase is a free, private all-in-one academic tracker for university and college students — courses, assignments, grades, attendance, your school's real-scale GPA, and exactly what you need on every final.
Every September, students rebuild the same grade spreadsheet and spend finals season doing panic math at 2 a.m. Syllabase replaces the spreadsheet, the portal, and the sticky notes with one calm place that keeps a live picture of where you stand — and tells you what you need to get where you want to go.
What Syllabase does
- Tracks everything in one place — courses, assignments, exams, deadlines, and attendance.
- Uses your school's real GPA scale — York's 9.0, University of Toronto's 4.0, McMaster's 12-point, Western's percentage system, and more, credit-weighted.
- Forecasts your grade — "what do I need on the final?" and what-if scenarios for any course.
- Logs attendance — one tap per class, with per-course rates and warnings.
- Shows your week — weekly schedule, calendar, exam countdown, and a snapshot of what's due.
- Exports your data — add classes to your calendar (.ics), or download grades and assignments as CSV.
Private by design
No trackers. We never sell or share your data with advertisers, and we never run AI on your grades. You never upload your syllabus — you enter the facts that matter (dates and weights). You can export or delete your data at any time, on any plan.
Free for students
Syllabase is free while it’s in Early Access — no credit card, no trial timer. It’s built for university and college students across Canada and the US and grows by word of mouth.
As the product grows, some deeper features may become part of a paid tier, and the free tier may include ads in the future. Pricing and exactly what stays free are still being finalized and may change — but we’ll always keep a meaningful free option, and we’ll share the details before anything changes. See our FAQ.
